In the event the property owner fails to timely rectify the blighted conditions, the property can thereafter be certified as blighted. Once a Resolution has been enacted by the Blighted Property Review Committee and the Pottstown Borough Planning Commission declaring property to be blighted, the Pottstown Borough Code Enforcement Office sends notice of the Code Violations to the property owner to rectify the blighted conditions.
